Job Duties
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate the tasks of two or more employees
- direct the work of others
- build relationships and work effectively as part of a team
