Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience in customer-facing position
- Experience preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
- Experience delegating tasks to employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating team members
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store shift activities to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and coach staff in the preparation of food and beverages to meet quality standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate workflow among team members
- Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure store safety and security
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Enforce store policies and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment to promote collaboration and high performance
