Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead store shifts to ensure operational excellence
  • Coach and develop team members in beverage preparation and customer service standards
  • Manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
  • Oversee food and beverage quality to meet Starbucks standards
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and coordinate activities
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
