Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Ability to prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- At least six months of experience managing tasks of two or more employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment of at least one year
- Experience delegating and coordinating tasks among employees
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate others
- Knowledge of store operations including cash handling and safety procedures
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Understanding of quality customer service
Job Duties
- Lead each shift by managing store operations and supporting baristas
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure quality products
- Act as a role model by upholding Starbucks operational standards
- Motivate and encourage team members during shifts
- Handle cash management and maintain store safety
- Assist in training and coaching partners on beverage preparation and customer service
- Maintain calm and productivity in a fast-paced work environment
