Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

- Ability to direct and motivate others

Job Duties
- Lead the store team during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Coach and mentor partners to uphold Starbucks standards for beverage and food preparation
- Manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Interact with customers to provide a welcoming environment and resolve any issues
- Delegate tasks effectively to coordinate teamwork and maintain service quality
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support store needs
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards
