Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards such as quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Have at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to recipe or customized changes
- Have six months experience delegating and coordinating tasks with two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and coach baristas to prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products are met
- Manage cash handling and store safety and security procedures
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members during shifts
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Monitor and uphold store operating policies and standards
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
