Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct the work of shift partners during shifts
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • Manage cash handling and store safety and security during shifts
  • Coach and prepare team members for optimal performance
  • Maintain store operating policies and standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate efforts of two or more employees
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
