Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operational policies and standards
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Experience preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead and guide the store team during each shift
  • Serve as a role model for operational standards and customer service
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts
  • Maintain store safety and manage cash handling procedures
  • Prepare and coach team on food and beverage standards
  • Create an encouraging and positive work environment
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all customer interactions
