Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating teams
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months of experience supervising or delegating tasks to a team
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members to prepare high-quality food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Ensure store operating policies and standards are met, including cash handling, safety, and security
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members and coordinate activities during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling customer requests and creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while working flexible hours
- Support a positive team environment and resolve any operational or customer issues promptly
- Assist in training new employees and fostering their development
