Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating teams

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months of experience supervising or delegating tasks to a team
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to prepare high-quality food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
  • Ensure store operating policies and standards are met, including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Delegate tasks effectively among team members and coordinate activities during shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling customer requests and creating a welcoming environment
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while working flexible hours
  • Support a positive team environment and resolve any operational or customer issues promptly
  • Assist in training new employees and fostering their development
