Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience supervising or delegating tasks to a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of retail or food service environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the store team to deliver quality beverages and customer service
  • Coach partners on beverage and food preparation to meet Starbucks standards
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks effectively among team members
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling and safety protocols
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Monitor store performance and support achievement of sales and service goals
  • Handle customer concerns and foster excellent customer relationships
