Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience interacting with customers
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and direct daily store operations to achieve high standards of customer service and product quality
- Coach and prepare team members in the preparation of food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes or customer modifications
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members and coordinate the efforts of two or more employees
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling, store safety, and security measures
