Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- ability to delegate and coordinate tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- effective communication skills

- strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, safety and security
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
