Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation
- Experience interacting with customers constantly for at least six months
- Experience in coaching or supervising two or more employees for at least six months
- Ability to handle cash and ensure store safety
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating employees
- Ability to lead and guide a team effectively

- Knowledge of retail store operations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Job Duties
- Lead each shift and model Starbucks store operations standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
- Motivate and guide team members to maintain an encouraging environment
- Maintain store safety and cash handling procedures
- Train and coach partners on beverage and food preparation to standard recipes
- Manage store operations during shifts including task delegation
- Create a positive experience for customers and partners alike
