Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
Six months of experience interacting with customers
Experience delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Meet store operating policies and standards
Effective oral communication skills

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Experience leading or supervising a team
Ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of cash handling and store safety procedures
Strong interpersonal skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to motivate and coach others

Job Duties

Lead and guide store teams during shifts
Ensure delivery of quality customer service and expertly crafted products
Coach and train baristas on beverage preparation and customer interactions
Maintain store safety, cash handling, and operational standards
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Manage task delegation and shift workflow
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
