Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
  • Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Effective oral communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of cash handling and store safety procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to motivate and coach others

Job Duties

  • Lead and guide store teams during shifts
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service and expertly crafted products
  • Coach and train baristas on beverage preparation and customer interactions
  • Maintain store safety, cash handling, and operational standards
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Manage task delegation and shift workflow
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
