Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety procedures
- Six months experience in customer service roles involving direct interaction
- Ability to prepare and coach standard and customized recipes
- Six months experience in task delegation or team coordination

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes

- Ensure adherence to store operating policies including cash handling and safety standards
- Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Support team development through effective communication and relationship building
- Manage scheduling and attendance during shifts
