Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality control and cash handling
  • at least six months experience interacting with customers
  • experience managing or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standards

Job Duties

  • lead and coach the barista team during shifts
  • ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
  • manage store operations including cash handling and safety protocols
  • provide exemplary customer service and foster a welcoming store atmosphere
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team activities effectively
  • support partner development through coaching and feedback
  • maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
