Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- have at least 6 months experience interacting with customers
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes or customizations
- have at least 6 months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead shifts and manage store operations to uphold Starbucks standards
- supervise and motivate a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- deploy and guide team members during shifts to maximize efficiency
- maintain a positive and energetic store environment
- communicate effectively with partners and customers to enhance the Starbucks experience
