Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months experience in customer-facing roles
- prepare and coach food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations

Job Duties
- lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service

- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- provide support and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
