Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality and safety
  • six months of customer interaction experience
  • experience preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • experience delegating tasks to others

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in customer-focused roles
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Job Duties

  • lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • ensure preparation and quality of beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • train, coach, and mentor partners to enhance their skills and performance
  • delegate tasks effectively to coordinate the activities of multiple employees
  • uphold store policies and operating standards
  • foster a welcoming environment for customers and build positive relationships
