Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality and safety
- six months of customer interaction experience
- experience preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- experience delegating tasks to others
Job Qualifications

- ability to learn quickly and adapt

Job Duties
- lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- ensure preparation and quality of beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
- maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- train, coach, and mentor partners to enhance their skills and performance
- delegate tasks effectively to coordinate the activities of multiple employees
- uphold store policies and operating standards
- foster a welcoming environment for customers and build positive relationships
