Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of products to standard or customized recipes
- Experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience interacting with customers
- Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to direct and motivate a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead and coach team members during shifts
- Ensure quality preparation of beverages and food according to Starbucks standards
- Manage store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Delegate tasks and coordinate workflows among employees
- Maintain high customer service standards and build relationships with customers
- Support operational excellence by meeting store policies and performance goals
- Handle shift opening, closing, and daily store operations
