Job Requirements
- Six months experience in customer service roles
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow store policies and standards
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to coach food and beverage preparation according to recipes
- Experience in delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products as per store operating policies and standards
- Handle cash securely and ensure store safety and security
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Delegate tasks to and coordinate the efforts of team members
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service
