Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations including managing team members and delegating tasks
  • Ensure high-quality preparation of food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Coach and support partners in providing excellent customer service
  • Foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
  • Monitor store compliance with operating policies and standards
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
