Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety with or without accommodation
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of customer-facing experience
- At least six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Quick learning ability
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate team efforts
- Ensure compliance with store operating policies including cash handling and store safety
- Coach team members on beverage and food preparation
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment for customers and partners
