Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Have six months of experience in roles requiring constant customer interaction
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating multiple employees
- Strong oral communication skills
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Job Duties
- Lead daily store operations and supervise staff during shifts
- Ensure consistent preparation of quality food and beverages according to standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Maintain cash handling procedures and store safety protocols
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for partners
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
