Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests for at least six months
  • experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • lead daily store operations and manage team performance
  • ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • oversee cash handling and store safety protocols
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
  • provide coaching and development opportunities for partners
  • maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
  • foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
