Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- six months experience interacting regularly with customers
- six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- ability to direct and coordinate the work of others
- effective oral communication skills
- knowledge of retail store operations

Job Duties
- Lead store operations and ensure quality customer service
- guide and motivate baristas during shifts
