Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • six months of experience interacting with customers
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized

Job Duties

  • Lead the shift and manage store operations during assigned hours
  • coach and support team members to deliver quality beverages and food
  • maintain store safety and security standards
  • handle cash and complete transactions accurately
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities among staff
  • ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • uphold Starbucks brand standards and policies
