Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to recipe standards or customer customizations
  • six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food products according to standard or customized recipes
  • manage cash handling and uphold store safety and security policies
  • delegate tasks to employees and coordinate their activities effectively
  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality to support operational consistency
  • foster a welcoming store environment that encourages customer connection and satisfaction
  • address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
