Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- Have six months of experience in a customer-facing position
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead the team during a shift to ensure smooth store operations
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of multiple employees
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Provide quality service by fulfilling customer requests and managing customer interactions
- Support store safety and security measures
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
