Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling, and safety
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized orders
- Experience interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store team during shifts
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared according to standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Prepare and coach team on recipe standards and customization
- Delegate tasks and coordinate work among team members
- Foster a welcoming and positive store environment
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
