Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Minimum six months experience in customer-interacting roles
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to specific recipes or customized requests
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
- Strong oral communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others and build relationships
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Open to learning new skills and beverage recipes
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and serve as a role model for team members
- Deliver high-quality customer service and expertly-crafted beverages
- Motivate and guide a team of baristas during shifts
- Ensure store safety, cash handling, and adherence to company policies
- Coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain an encouraging and inclusive team environment
- Manage fast-paced and energetic work environment effectively
