Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests for at least six months
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

- Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution
- Coach and mentor partners to deliver high-quality customer service
- Prepare and oversee beverage and food preparation according to company recipes and customer customization
- Manage cash handling processes and maintain store safety and security
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of multiple employees
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
