Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate daily store operations during shifts
  • coach and prepare partners in the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks quality standards
  • delegate tasks to team members and manage workflow efficiently
  • ensure compliance with store safety, security, and cash handling policies
  • maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
  • address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly
  • monitor store operating policies and quality standards
