Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
- six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- experience in delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
- ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams
- six months of customer service experience
- knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
- ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standardized recipes or customer specifications
- maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- manage cash handling and register operations accurately
- provide coaching and support to team members for skill development and performance improvement
- coordinate scheduling and delegation of tasks among employees
- maintain effective communication with customers and team to ensure a welcoming environment
