Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • experience in delegating or coordinating tasks with two or more employees
  • ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams
  • six months of customer service experience
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • demonstrated leadership abilities
  • ability to build and maintain relationships within a team

Job Duties

  • lead and direct the work of team members during shifts
  • ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standardized recipes or customer specifications
  • maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards
  • manage cash handling and register operations accurately
  • provide coaching and support to team members for skill development and performance improvement
  • coordinate scheduling and delegation of tasks among employees
  • maintain effective communication with customers and team to ensure a welcoming environment
