Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and quality standards
  • at least six months experience interacting with customers
  • at least six months experience in leadership or task delegation
  • prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating team efforts
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to learn quickly
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • effective oral communication

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
  • ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities among team members
  • maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • provide coaching and development opportunities for partners
  • uphold store policies and customer service standards
  • manage conflict resolution and promote teamwork
