Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and quality standards
- at least six months experience interacting with customers
- at least six months experience in leadership or task delegation
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise store operations during shifts
- ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities among team members
- maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- provide coaching and development opportunities for partners
- uphold store policies and customer service standards
- manage conflict resolution and promote teamwork
