Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • minimum six months experience in customer interaction roles
  • ability to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation per recipes and customization
  • experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to direct and guide others effectively
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
  • experience delegating tasks and coordinating small teams
