Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • At least six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes including modifications
  • At least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer service roles
  • Experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to retail environments
  • Demonstrated team collaboration and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Lead team members during shifts to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor store operations including cash handling, safety, and cleanliness
  • Coach and prepare staff in beverage and food preparation according to standards
  • Delegate tasks efficiently among team members
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ensure quality control of products served
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members
