Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead the coffeehouse team with craft and heart
  • Coach and mentor partners on beverage and food preparation
  • Maintain quality standards for products and customer service
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
  • Ensure store safety, security, and cash handling procedures are followed
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and community
  • Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
