Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead the coffeehouse team with craft and heart
- Coach and mentor partners on beverage and food preparation

- Ensure store safety, security, and cash handling procedures are followed
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and community
- Manage flexible work schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
