Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- six months of experience delegating tasks and/or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead and supervise baristas during shifts

- manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
