Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience delegating tasks and/or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise baristas during shifts
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes or customizations
  • delegate tasks to and coordinate activities of two or more employees
  • ensure quality customer service and adherence to store operating policies
  • manage cash handling and store safety procedures
  • maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
  • foster a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members
