Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
  • six months experience interacting with customers
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • effective oral communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • knowledge of retail operations
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • lead each shift to ensure smooth store operations
  • work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • coach and support team members in beverage and food preparation
  • manage cash handling and store safety protocols
  • maintain an encouraging and energetic work environment
  • ensure adherence to Starbucks' operational standards
  • handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly
