Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation and cash handling
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Comply with all safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- Six months of customer-facing experience
- Experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail environment and customer service practices
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members
- Demonstrated capability to direct the work of others
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of team members
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Ensure store operating policies and standards are met including cash handling and safety
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Manage flexible shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Support partner growth through mentorship and development experiences
