Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling and safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
  • Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of others
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the store team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure the preparation and delivery of quality beverages and food products according to Starbucks standards
  • Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security procedures
  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance skill development and team performance
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Coordinate scheduling and task delegation among team members
