Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling and safety
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of others
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of quality beverages and food products according to Starbucks standards
- Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security procedures
- Coach and mentor employees to enhance skill development and team performance
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Coordinate scheduling and task delegation among team members
