Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers in a retail or food service environment
  • Six months of experience in delegating tasks or coordinating work of two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail or food service environment
  • Ability to lead and direct others
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
  • Coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure quality standards for food and beverages are consistently met
  • Handle cash and manage store safety and security protocols
  • Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members effectively
  • Foster a welcoming and positive store environment
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
