Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a customer service role
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the activities of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to multiple employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Ability to direct and lead others
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team performance
  • Ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling, safety, and security
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to meet Starbucks standards
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
