Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a customer service role
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating the activities of two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team performance
- Ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to meet Starbucks standards
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
