Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- six months of direct customer interaction experience
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to recipes
- experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
- ability to direct work of others
- effective oral communication skills
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of retail operations
- experience with cash handling and store safety
- ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
