Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of customer service experience
  • prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience managing or coordinating tasks for multiple employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating tasks to employees or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate daily store operations
  • coach and prepare staff in beverage and food preparation
  • ensure store safety and security policies are followed
  • handle cash and manage financial transactions
  • delegate tasks to team members and monitor performance
  • maintain quality standards for products and customer service
  • build positive relationships with customers and staff
