Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • six months experience interacting with customers
  • six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • prepare and coach staff on beverage and food preparation according to recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to lead and delegate tasks to a team

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations to ensure smooth store functioning
  • motivate and guide baristas to deliver excellent customer service

  • handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team activities effectively
  • support training and development of team members
  • manage customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
