Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to recipe standards
  • At least six months experience delegating tasks to others
  • Ability to keep calm in fast-paced environments
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to build relationships and lead others

Job Duties

  • Lead each shift and manage store operations
  • Coach and motivate baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • Ensure adherence to Starbucks quality standards for beverages and food
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety
  • Foster an encouraging and team-oriented work environment
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Support training and development of store partners
