Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
  • At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team members
  • Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts by supervising baristas and ensuring operational excellence
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating welcoming experiences
  • Prepare and coach team members on beverage and food preparation standards
  • Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security compliance
  • Motivate and support the team to maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage store operations including opening and closing tasks
  • Communicate effectively with team and customers to resolve issues
