Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- At least six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team members
- Ability to prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties
- Lead shifts by supervising baristas and ensuring operational excellence
- Provide excellent customer service by creating welcoming experiences
- Prepare and coach team members on beverage and food preparation standards
- Handle cash management and ensure store safety and security compliance
- Motivate and support the team to maintain a positive work environment
- Manage store operations including opening and closing tasks
- Communicate effectively with team and customers to resolve issues
