Job Requirements
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and quality standards
- Six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Experience in task delegation or coordination of two or more employees
- Ability to prepare and coach beverage and food preparation according to recipes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months experience managing or delegating tasks within a team
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure smooth store functioning
- Coach and prepare the team in making quality beverages and food products
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among employees
- Uphold Starbucks standards in customer service and product quality
- Manage flexible scheduling to meet store needs
